How much will my project cost?

Because our bespoke renovations are so personalised, it is difficult to provide a cost estimate without first completing a project feasibility study. As a rough guide, Refresh has carried out projects ranging from as little as $7,000, through to large scale home makeovers exceeding $500,000. Your West Auckland renovation specialist will be able to advise you on this further, following an initial consultation.

What are some current trends in New Zealand architecture?

It can be difficult to pin down “trends” in architecture, as each project tends to be very unique and personalised. However, a lot of architecture presently seems to be inspired by modern Scandinavian design. There is a growing interest in minimalism and living simply, with quality materials and innovative design being at the forefront of many architectural concepts.
