Fiona Fairbairn hails from a procurement and commercial background, having spent many years working for pharmaceutical, construction, and banking sectors. She holds a business degree and a post-graduate diploma from University of Auckland and lives in beautiful West Auckland.
Fiona and her husband Derek have spent many years renovating properties and says that the journey of turning the dream into reality gets addictive. The hobby has become a business now and being a part of the Refresh group gives her the opportunity to share the best industry practice with others. Fiona believes you should love your home and if she can help create the look and function that suits the homeowner within the usual constraints of time and money, she will feel proud of the job she has done. On any given day, Fiona wears numerous hats. She is a proud mum of two boys, entrepreneur, project manager, and keen volunteer. Fiona says she is lucky to work with some incredibly talented people and been able to carve out a niche where she can apply her commercial experience, ideas, and euthusiasm.
