Anna Muir is Operations Manager of Morrison Enterprises Ltd, a franchisee of Renovation Franchise Ltd, doing business in Wellington.

With almost a decade of experience as Corporate Services Manager for one of New Zealand’s largest commercial design and build construction main contractors, Anna brings big picture thinking to Refresh Renovations. In her previous role, Anna was responsible for marketing and communications, internal process and system development, policy development and implementation, and IT&T and office management.
Prior to this, Anna lived in Edinburgh for five years where she was the studio director for a busy graphic and 3D design agency. It was during this time that she met her husband-to-be and managed to convince him to emigrate to New Zealand, where they settled just north of Wellington and now have two young girls to keep them busy. A one-year stint in South Korea in the early 2000’s really opened Anna’s eyes to different cultures and traditions and was the catalyst for her love of travel and adventure. While this has taken a backseat since having a family, Anna is looking forward to reigniting that passion and to encourage her daughters to take an interest also.
As Operations Manager at Refresh, Anna is responsible for ensuring the business systems, roles and processes work together effectively to ensure the organisation runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes making sure that our Refresh people are happy, fulfilled and working together as a cohesive team to deliver the very best results for our clients. With a keen eye for detail, no apostrophe goes unchecked under Anna’s watchful eye.
The renovation process can be a difficult one and Anna’s priority at all times is on making sure that our clients have a happy, no-stress experience. A key part of this is to ensure that the expectations of the entire project team, including clients, project staff and tradespeople are set, monitored and managed at all times.
