An experienced administrator with a thorough understanding of CRM systems, processes, and software, Alejandra will be a direct contact for Refresh customers, maintaining leads, following up with clients, and ensuring every remodelling project runs smoothly. 
Having studied design at university, Alejandra has a keen interest in the home remodelling industry and ensuring all Refresh customers have an enjoyable, and stress-free renovation experience. 
Alejandra works closely with League City’s Renovation Consultant and knows how important it is to gain an understanding of what homeowners want to achieve from their project.
