As a rough guide, bathroom designs and builds tend to fall within three price ranges: basic ($20,000+), mid-range ($50,000+) and high-end ($75,000+). Those on a lower budget will usually opt to keep their layout the same, when updating plumbing and electrical points it quickly adds to the cost. A larger budget allows for extension works, a new layout and/or custom bathroom-ware.

Will Refresh Manukau take care of any council consent requirements?

Structural changes and new layouts generally will require council consent. During the design process, your renovation specialist will be able to advise you on the costs and consents involved and, if necessary, will take care of the consent application process.
