Will Refresh take care of any necessary council consent applications?

Should your bathroom design and build require council consent to go ahead, Refresh will take care of this process for you. Generally, consent will be required if you will be making any structural changes to your home e.g. a bathroom addition/extension. Consent is sometimes required for plumbing work also.
