Smaller projects we have carried out in the past, such as individual bathroom or kitchen renovations, tend to fall within the range of $30,000 - $80,000. However, designs which include significant structural work or luxury features may exceed this. Our larger projects, such as home extensions or full home renovations, usually exceed $150,000.
