A Rental Renovation

This 1980s townhouse in the fashionable Auckland suburb of Remuera had been a reliable rental for almost a decade, but the time had come for it to be sold. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it had the space to be a great family home, but everything from the carpet to the kitchen was worn, dated, and in need of renovation. A Complete Transformation
