A full kitchen refurbishment in Hampshire

Susana and Antonio, homeowners of this contemporary Aldershot townhouse, wanted a complete kitchen renovation with a fresh layout and modern features, along with several mini-renovations around their 3-storey home. 

A new kitchen design

Refresh Renovations specialist Kelley Malcher was brought in to help, who provided a bespoke new design that utilised the available space to its fullest potential. She projected a budget of £55,000 for all the renovations across the home, and the final price didn’t go a penny over!

Kitchen renovation

Kelley started by removing the existing outdated units and installed brand-new cupboards that elegantly enhanced the room’s decor. She also added structural connections to the walls and refloored the room with rustic wood-inspired flooring. Finally, she proceeded to install voguish light fixtures that sparked new life into the heart of the home!

Once the kitchen was fully refurbished, Kelley and her team helped the homeowners install new vanity units in the bathroom and provided several touch-ups, including painting, redecorating, and remedying water damage. 
Continuing the home-improvement spree, Susana and Antonio asked Kelley to install new luxury vinyl flooring in their ground floor living room, as well as carpeting in the bedrooms and landings. “Everything went really smoothly,” says Susana. “We were aware of every step via the app where we followed all the work daily. We also created a WhatsApp group where we were always kept in the loop.” 

The final result

The entire renovation lasted just 4 weeks. Upon completion, what initially seemed like disjointed renovations across the property, came together to cohesively lift the aesthetic of the entire home. “The client was extremely happy with the result,” says Kelley. “It was clear the renovation exceeded their expectations!”
