An experienced leader in the customer service industry, Refresh Renovations is excited to welcome our newest Renovation Consultant, Ariel Gomez, to the team. Originally from south Florida, Ariel has achieved career success in roles with big box retailers, including Home Depot and Sears.
Ariel’s personal experience with suppliers, vendors, and contractors over his more than 25 years in business has helped him to create a vision of where the homeowner and the contractor can have a clear path from the beginning to the end of a project. This process-driven, detail-oriented approach to the client experience ensures Ariel can deliver stress-free renovation journeys for his customers.
Ariel says he and the team maintain a high level of honesty and quick communication. “We always keep the customer informed as to where the project is at. Calls are answered quickly and any voice mail or email is replied to within 30 minutes.”
