Asif and Nick have been wonderful helping us in the early stages of our renovation. They take care to explain everything clearly and always keep in contact to ensure we are happy with the process. We've just completed the C&F stage where they take us through a rough guide of what our project will look like. Even though it is a very preliminary stage, I still found it quite detailed and helpful in understanding what is to come in the next stages. We were extremely pleased with the job that Asif and the RR team did with our bathroom and neighbouring bedroom, which addressed issues we had spent several stressful years dealing with (following a thoroughly miserable time with a botched bathroom installation). While the project took a bit longer and cost a bit more than we expected, in the end it was worthwhile for the peace of mind of knowing the job was being done thoroughly, carefully and professionally. If we'd used the RR team when our bathroom was initially installed we would have saved ourselves a lot of money (and stress) in the long run. Would thoroughly recommend and definitely use again.
